man, mowich camp is a straight up dream. did you always have a vision for this place years ago? Like was it a long time goal of yours? The satisfaction you must be feeling singing and jamming out on a uke, in a finished shelter. Memories to last forever, congrats!

Well, many decades ago we built a log house for my wife’s parents about 8 miles up the road. Our kids grew up playing in the forest around there. Snow shoes, XC skis, motorbikes, mountain bikes, hiking, shooting guns… We wanted a place for our grandsons to have those same experiences. So yes it has been a goal of ours and its very rewarding to see it come together. I’m saving you a chair at our campfire. Oh, I mean 3 chairs…

That turned out so cool! I sure hope I get to retire as well as you have! You earned it, that’s for sure! BTW, the guys who built your shed are the same guys who built mine this week! Crazy! They commented several times what a “awesome ” guy you were. Preaching to the choir boys. I know!
